As a highly skilled production expert, I will complement the technical aspects of events such as presentations, product launches, award shows, general sessions, webcasts, roadshows and exhibitions worldwide.
Technical event support
As a Producer/Technical Director/Project Manager, clients hire me to assist with the planning & coordination of Audio Visual for Meetings, Events and Conferences. I book the crew, the equipment and work with the Client, Crew and facility to limit the number of surprises when we arrive onsite. Onsite I work with the Executive Producer to execute a flawless event. I coordinate the AV load-in show schedule and call cues for the Event.
I also operate Audience Response Systems.
ARS allows the audience to participate and interact with the presentation by using credit card sized keypads to interact with the presentations.

- Technical drawings & site plans.
- Contract vendors
- Create production schedules.
- Coordinate technical requirements w/venue.
- Locate and Hire on site support labor.
- Manage vendors/crew for setup, rehearsals, show/strike.
- Create show cue sheet & call show.
